How long do I have access to my Top 3 recap and vendor list?
Your personalized Top 3 recap and vendor list are yours to keep, no expiration. Refer back to them anytime as you move through your decision and your move.
What if I need to reschedule my tour date?
Payments are non-refundable, but we're happy to help you reschedule. Just reach out within 24 hours of your scheduled tour to arrange a new date at no extra cost. Rescheduling requests made after that window may be subject to additional fees.
How do I reach out with more questions before booking?

Can I bring a friend or family member with me?
Yes! Clients are welcome to bring a guest, and agents and locators may bring clients along as well. Just make sure everyone joining is accounted for and paid in full prior to the day of the Caravan..
What happens if I don't find a community I love on the tour?
No worries at all! We'd be happy to accommodate you on another tour featuring additional preferred properties, so you have even more options to choose from.
Is the flat fee refundable if I don't end up leasing?
The flat fee is non-refundable. It covers the full experience: the research, the tour, and your personalized recap, regardless of your final leasing decision.
How many communities will we visit during the tour?
Each tour visits 2–4 communities, depending on the areas you're interested in and unit availability at the time of booking.
